Order Cancellation Policy

At Kate Cosmetics , we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below:

1. Cancellation Timeframe
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel

3. After 3 Hours
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

4. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and automatically cancel and refund that portion of your order.

Product warranty Policy
